Goes GREEN

We here at A & B Originals would like to join in the efforts to make this planet a better, safer, cleaner place to live. We have decided to start our own recycling program to be able to offer an alternative to buying BRAND NEW.

This program is in it's infancy, actually it is just starting as I share all of this news with all of you!!

One of the finest qualities of an A & B Original is that it is super long lasting. We have customers write all the time to tell us that the products they have purchased as many as 9 years ago, are still holding up and even with many washes still look brand new.

Of course we look at that as a positive trait for customer service, and we are proud that our product holds up that well.
And this leaves us with a great opportunity to be able to re-use our product.

This is how the program will work (or at least how we would like it to work)

If you have an A & B Original that either no longer fits your pet, or you just never really liked the color, or you simply want to trade it in for the discount, and to be able to buy a different newer color, you will send them to us.

For every item that is returned to us you will receive a $6.00 - $8.00 discount off your next purchase from A & B Originals. Basically we will pay you for the used yarn, so that we can then wash the item, take it apart, rewind the yarn and use it for our recycled designs.

We feel this gives all of our customers an interesting opportunity to go through their pets closets, and send back whatever they do not wear, or they do not like, or they just have outgrown. And in return it gives you a discounted price on anything new that you may want to order from us.

The Recycled Designs will also be sold at a discounted price, eventhough it will take more work to prepare the yarns and make the items. We currently do not have any recycled designs, we need to wait for the program to start up, but as soon as we get some response, we will let you all know how it is going.
